I’ve purchased this Dash cam , to replace my old beloved REDTIGER which has stopped working after ages of honoured service. I loved this new touch screen feature been added to the new model, but after upgrading the firmware I realised to have lost this feature on the camera. I immediately opened a complaint with them, and after no more than 5 minutes I received the solution of this issue from Tia, who kindly explained me that it was caused by me uploading the wrong firmware to the cam. She kindly attached the right one to the email and by another 5 minutes my camera was back fully working. I strongly believe it is fundamental that behind the scenes, technology companies must have a good customer service and Redtiger is one of those!!! Tia have provided me an excellent service, in just 5 minutes from my request helping me to understand the mistake I made, moreover resolving successfully the issue. She definitely deserves 5 stars and more along with REDTIGER . Very well done to all of you guys!

The F7NT is a awesome camera! The image quality far exceeded my expectations and the software is very intuitive... love the touch screen. Install was a breeze using the OBD connector. Furthermore, RedTiger's customer service is prompt, curteous, professional. Highly recommended!!

Glad I upgraded from buying the previous version of the touchscreen. Controls are now more responsive, and the interface remains intuitive and easy to navigate. The video and audio quality recorded by this model is still very good, and there are plenty of features to take advantage of. I also love all the settings available for configuration! I am very happy with this dash cam (front and back).

I just got the camera a few days ago. Very satisfied so far. The camera is very clear and the audio is great.
I chose this dash cam for my son's first car. I hope she has video before and after in case she gets into an accident or other traffic situation. This dash cam is working great for her so far. The camera records well both day and night and doesn't take up much space on her front windshield. The touch menu is very intuitive, so you don't have to be very skilled to use it. Overall, highly recommended!

I recently purchased a RedTiger F7N Touch dash cam. Installation is fairly simple after searching for videos. I had it installed and working in about 30 minutes (see pictures of the installed camera). I chose this camera because it has front and rear cameras. Both images are very sharp and show a lot of detail. The camera also has the option to record audio, plus there's a companion app for your phone that seems to have quite a few features, but I haven't spent a lot of time with it yet. There is a hardwired kit accessory that you can purchase separately that will allow you to capture video while the vehicle is parked and turned off, but I haven't decided on that accessory yet. So far I've been lucky enough not to encounter or see any accidents, just a few near misses, but if one does occur I'll document it to help resolve any disputes. With more and more people being distracted while driving these days, I highly recommend you buy a RedTiger dash cam. RedTiger has a variety of different cameras that I'm sure will suit your personal needs.
This dash cam is awesome! Not only was the video quality clear (even with the tinted windows), but the camera itself was very easy to navigate and fit perfectly in my rear view mirror. I love being able to see the front and/or rear cameras in real time while driving. The app is relatively simple to use. Overall, I feel safer driving with this camera. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I got the chance to buy this newer touchscreen model.

This camera has a touchscreen, which is a definite plus, but it's small. I believe it's about 3 inches and the cable is long enough. The image was quite clear and I was surprised to see how capable it was during an Arizona type summer (temperatures over 120 degrees). So when they say it works in sub-zero temperatures, I believe it. You need the Redtiger app to access all features. Comes with 64GB. Night vision is great. Also, if you want the parking feature, you'll need to purchase it additionally. All in all, for the cost, this is a very good, easy-to-install unit. I would recommend.
Installation is a breeze after watching the installation video. It takes about 30 minutes to be up and running. Front and rear cameras provide clear footage. I turned off the audio. The recording started when I started riding. The companion app seems fully functional.

Setting up the camera is easy using the touch screen. If I want to lock a video clip, you just double-tap the screen. I really like this feature. The images on both the front and rear camera screens are very clear.
