Does Parking Mode protect my car battery?
Yes. The hardwiring kit includes voltage protection, automatically cutting power when battery voltage drops below 11.6V (±0.2V). This occurs after a 60-second safety delay to prevent excessive discharge.
Is there a mobile app for this dash cam?
Yes. Scan the QR code on the device to directly access the app on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
Is this camera compatible with Android phones? Can the rear camera be installed inside the car?
Yes, the camera works with both Android and iOS devices via our dedicated app. You can easily connect and control the camera using your Android phone.
The rear camera is best installed outside the vehicle, just above the number plate, to ensure the widest and clearest view. However, if you prefer an in-car installation, that’s also possible—though the viewing angle and image clarity may be slightly reduced.

Can you view front and rear cam simultaneously?
Yes. Simply press the power button on the left side of the dash cam to switch between front and rear camera views, allowing simultaneous monitoring of both perspectives. For additional assistance, our support team is available to help.
Does the dash cam automatically delete old recordings when the storage is full?
Yes, the dash cam supports loop recording. When the memory card is full, it will automatically overwrite the oldest footage with new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention.
If you have important clips you'd like to keep, make sure to back them up in time to avoid accidental deletion.
