Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Europe.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50.

For orders below €50, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

To use Parking Monitor, your dash cam must be connected using a REDTIGER Hardwire Kit, which provides continuous power when the vehicle is parked.

Once installed, simply enable the Parking Monitor feature in the dash cam settings. The camera will automatically switch to parking mode after the vehicle is turned off.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a 30-day return after receiving your order.

Simply contact our customer support team with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and a return label where applicable.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

All REDTIGER dash cams purchased from our official website include a 24-month manufacturer warranty.

You can also receive an additional 6 months of warranty coverage free of charge by registering your product through our Warranty Registration page, giving you up to 30 months of warranty protection.

An optional paid extended warranty is also available for customers who wish to further extend their coverage.

Turn on Wi-Fi on your dash cam, connect your smartphone to the camera's Wi-Fi network, then open the app to complete the connection.

Once connected, you can view live footage, download recordings, change settings, and update firmware directly from your phone.
