Arrived quickly. Fairly easy to install. Time spent getting the cable runs neat and out of view. Tool provided helped with getting behind the interior trim.

I purchased an F7N about three years ago. However, for the past two months, the camera hasn't been recording; it freezes and just displays a static image on the screen. If I press on it slightly, recording resumes, but it stops again after about two minutes. Sometimes it starts recording on its own and then stops again. It is receiving power, so that isn't the issue. I sent an email about this but received no reply. The warranty period has expired. However, a dashcam touted for such high quality has turned out to be rather unreliable; people say it might be programmed to fail after three years. I intend to buy another one now, but since I’ve already had a bad experience, I need to research brands very carefully. Also, the product listing showed an extra USB port on the 12V power cable for connecting another device, but that’s not how it arrived; mine didn't have it, and I don't think current models do either. It appears on your website, yet that isn't how you ship it. Is there any possibility of repair? Or would it cost me far too much? I keep the firmware constantly updated.
Very good quality - Park mode works nicely too, just have to adjust the g-sensor sensitivity a bit GPS location and speed all work great. Visibility through 95% tinted rear window is acceptable - honestly amazing that it even works at all. Didn’t get a chance to try that at night time yet. I’m very happy with it so far

Have bought 5 cameras, 3 for my 3 old Citroens, and the 2 others for my kids daily driver. Was hoping the replacement for the faulty parking hardware kit was included in this shipment. Buying a new one for youbto send and then get a refund will not work. I have to pay toll/tax on that one, and have payed the same tax on the faulty one allready...

Hy, I'm a professional driver🚕🚖 and had to get a Dashcam quite usefull nowadays as for the exterior but also for the cabin, I've put the rear camera inside the cabin because I am a daylight driver, it's been more than 1 year since the first one buyed and it just works great, it's the right size not too bulky, great definition, even in severe conditions, quite hot where I live in the south of France, specialy behind the windscreen, that's why I ordered a second one, same model, easy to handle with the app, nothing to add it's got everything : memory card, hard wire kit, installation was quite easy (I've hidden most of the wire lenght) having a 3rd car coming in soon I guess I'll have to order a 3rd Dashcam too and should definitevely be the same one ! Die Dashcam erfüllt ihren Zweck einwandfrei und, meiner Meinung nach, sogar ausgesprochen gut. Tagsüber habe ich kein Video hochgeladen, da die Aufnahmequalität ohnehin stets hervorragend ist. Doch auch nachts liefert die Kamera beeindruckende Ergebnisse, wie ihr selbst sehen könnt. Die Aufnahme der Rückkamera ist leicht verschwommen, was allerdings daran liegt, dass meine Heckscheibe durch Staub und Schmutz verunreinigt ist. Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann die Dashcam mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einzig schade ist, dass ich sie nicht direkt mit einem Hardwire-Kit bestellt habe. Das bereue ich im Nachhinein. Allerdings werde ich es mir noch nachbestellen.

Hy to you all Red Tiger community, greatings from France🎉 Honnestly Great dashcam ! Great définition, easy to install and run, very conveniant with it's wi-fi and app, even includes an sd card ! Besides it's very nice price, when you know how expensive are some others brand, what else could we ask for ?!?! Just install it, really not difficult to run & hide the cables, I'm a private daylight driver, so right now for security reason I've put the rear cam on the dashboard (watch vid) facing my customers in the cabin, started with screen on to check it, now I've shut it, it lights on when I start and then one can see the little lights meaning that's it's working, works well with daylight, wish there was a 3 way cam available here in France/Europe. Shipping was quick, customer service seems very good also... Great product, I recomend absolutely if you don't want to put too much money in theese devices, install it and forget it, just manage to format the sd card through the app and that's it. KEEP ON RED TIGER TEAM ! 💪🙏👍
front camera has wide angle lens and the screen is wide and clear. the WIFI connection with Android app was a bit cumbersome, but not problematic. Installation was breeze.

After two severe rear ends due to morons texting and driving we decided to get cameras on cars to make the process easier for cops and insurance companies. So far this is a great product easy to install and almost sets itself up. Would highly recommend in today's selfish fill society.
There was a attempted robbery of my tow truck. the camera recorded everything and I was able to show it to the police instantly. This happened the very next day after I install the camera.

The dash cam does a pretty good job at all 3 things. The video quality is perfectand has excellent night time visibility.
The camera so far works well and it was easy to install and set it up, and actually great and simple to use. Recordings are easy to view on your laptop through the Micro SD card. Using the adhesive (3M) instead of a suction cup will allow it to stay on through more extreme temperatures. The wide angle lens is great! I find useful the WiFi because there's no need to remove the micro sd or the camera to watch and save the videos on another device. In night vision, with the city lighting, the number plates are clearly visible from around 5 - 10 metres from the camera. I contacted REDTIGER due to difficulties I was having how to connect the wifi. They responded back in less than 24 hours.They customer service was nice, professional and polite and even offered me to issue a replacement unit under warranty. After troubleshooting the unit with the support, all the issues I was having were solved. I was very truly impressed with REDTIGER's customer service. They are commited to keeping their customers satisfied. All in all a superb unit at a great price. I highly recommend it.
This is a really nice dash cam with a good clear picture even at night. It's got a really good mounting system not like those flimsy ones with just a suction cup. This one has a good sticky backed mounting area so you really want to make sure you plan on where to put it because once it's up you don't want to have to move it. It'll be stuck on good. I like the bigger wider screen than my previous one and it has picture in picture so you can see the back camera and the front at the same time. You can also change the settings though if you just want to see the front. The sun comes with a bunch of different features and lots of ways to customize how you view and use it that I'm still exploring but it is easy enough to install but if you need to you can just plug and play.

I wanted to buy a functianal dash cam and after looking on YouTube comparisons between many dash cams, REDTIGER has better image quality and the pirce is reasonable. In fact, after looking at several comparisons of other dash cam brands it was clear that this setup is probably the best you can buy. Pros: 1.The video quality of the front camera is good at 4K 30fps. It seems to have a high bitrate which helps with the quality. 2.The memory card slot is on the left side, so removal is convenient.I used the Samsung memory card recommended by the seller, and it worked well. I saw an advertisement saying that you should not use a memory card that is not designed for 4K machines, so I think I can avoid a lot of trouble by following the seller advice.
I replaced my older dashcam mainly for three features. I wanted 4K video, built-in GPS, and WiFi to allow easy downloading of video without having to remove the card or camera to get my recordings.I compared many dash cams with similar functions, and finally chose REDTIGER. In most products with the same configuration, its price and appearance are in line with my expectations. The built-in GPS means your recordings include location information (can be important for accident investigations) and include speed stamp (also important) without having to run yet another wire and piece separate from the camera. Getting videos direct to your phone works well. It could be improved for sure. First, the download speeds are slow and I have confirmed I am getting the expected speeds (2-3 Mbps). It is convenient to get video to upload or share quickly though. Just slow and lacking full information. Also nice is the impact sensor (parking function).You can use this parking monitoring function as long as you install a dedicatedhardwire kit. The installation of the dedicated hardwire kit is also very simple, you can install it yourself. It is worth mentioning that REDTIGER's customer service is very nice, you can contact with any usage problems, and will reply and solve the problem very quickly. I can't report on longevity or lifespan of the camera yet as I've only had it for several days, but so far I have experienced zero issues. The camera comes with a 12 month factory warranty. I am very satisfied with the lifetime technical support. Having this camera provides peace of mind, and an added sense of security, in the event something does happen in future while driving and I need an unbiased, honest, witness to the event.I will install the dash cam for every car in my house, and I have already recommended this camera to friends and family members. There are better cameras out there I'm sure, but at this price point you are getting a lot of camera for your money!

I love the camera as it's really easy to use. The only thing that I wish were in the manual. That if the memory card gets full, it overwrites the older files. Also that it will keep recording when plugged in - even when the car is turned off. I once left it plugged into power and it recorded the whole 128gb full of footage of the car parked during night in full 4k.
I am very satisfied with this dashcam. The installation wasn't exactly easy, but it was manageable with a bit of skill and a multimeter. The recordings and the quality are good.
