We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out, pleaseĀ don't open the packaging film after receiving itĀ and contact our customer service personnel to get return.

Upon receiving the package at our warehouse, we will process the refund for the customer.

DOA (Dead on arrival) products:
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or experiences malfunctions such as being unable to power on, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide free replacement or refund.

Unsatisfied product / Unsuitable for the vehicle:
If you are not satisfied with our product or product not suitable for your vehicle, we acceptĀ returns withinĀ 30 daysĀ after receiving the product.

7-Day Price Guarantee

We offer a 7-day price protection policy for all purchases made through our official website.

If the price of a product you purchased from our official website drops within 7 days of your order date, you may request a refund of the price difference.

To apply, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a screenshot or link showing the lower price. This will help us quickly verify and process your refund.

Each customer able to enjoy a maximum warranty ofĀ 42Ā months. 1-year paid extended warranty service needs to be purchased in order to be activated.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The logistics costs of orders are not refundable, only the product fees paid are refunded.
